End User License Agreement (EULA) – Spoteez

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and GAFL Informatique (SASU), a company registered in France (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using Spoteez (“Software”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or professional purposes, subject to this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Modify, distribute, or resell the Software
  • Use the Software for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to bypass licensing or subscription mechanisms

3. Subscription & Payments

Spoteez operates on a subscription basis.

  • Subscriptions are billed periodically via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe)
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal

We do not store payment information directly.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Spoteez is a software tool designed to assist with table layout management.

We do NOT guarantee:

  • performance improvements
  • compatibility with all platforms
  • uninterrupted or error-free operation

5. Third-Party Dependencies

The Software may rely on third-party tools or environments (including but not limited to poker platforms or external executables).

We are not responsible for:

  • changes in third-party software
  • incompatibilities
  • access restrictions imposed by third parties

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAFL Informatique shall not be liable for:

  • any loss of profits, data, or business
  • any indirect or consequential damages
  • any issues arising from misuse of the Software

Use of the Software is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • this Agreement is violated
  • payment is not completed
  • fraudulent activity is detected

8. Updates & Changes

We may update or modify the Software and this Agreement at any time.

Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of France.
